all over this continent that share ideas and
solutions to everyday problems. (We keep each other
on the cutting edge.) We are also members of the
Miami Valley Building Officials Council so that we
may stay current on all the building codes and
regulations.

Concrete
Our company started out as a brick and block
masonry construction company in the 1940's, but we
soon came to realize the superiority of poured
concrete for foundation and other walls. Poured
concrete is substantially stronger and much less
likely to leak water. It is also much more
versatile, meaning we can form odd shapes and do
many things other foundation materials struggle
with. These are important factors when considering
the soil types and high water table in our area of
Ohio.

including the excavation/backfill, footers, walls,
drainage tile, water proofing, floors, porches, and
driveways.
